dc-metro-flickr1LVEJO goes to DC, Tuesday, June 9, 2009.

We are going with Transit Riders for Public Transportation (TRPT).

TRPT will meet with Congressmembers and Senators to discuss the importance of providing Transit Operating Funds.  Operating funds for public transit can help lower fares and improve transit service in the Chicago region and across the country.

We invite you to go this event with us. If you are not able to go, you can help by calling you Senators and Representatives and inviting them to an important Congressional Briefing with Congresswoman Grace Napolitano of California.
